I leased a studio here with David and Gina, they are wonderful to work with; very attentive and great communication. Would have loved to stay with them but I moved to another part of the state.
I have been renting at Sola for a little over a year now. Going out on my own was the best decision I ever made. David and Gina helped the transition way less scary! They did an amazing job with the suites they’re absolutely gorgeous! They are so much more than just building owners. They go WAY above and beyond to try and help us in ANY way they can to help us succeed. They are SUPER responsive anytime I reach out about anything. They offer so many furthering education classes. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to be!
I have been renting with Gina and David for almost 5 years. I started with them in Hales Corners and am currently at their New Berlin location. They are incredible owners and very supportive. They keep the building in great shape and are quick to respond to any concerns. I feel like they are on location quite a bit checking in, yet they are always very respectful of us in the studios. I truly feel like it’s my space, but I know I can rely on the Vecera’s whenever I need help with anything business or studio related. I highly recommend renting from them.
