Joey came out and found a number of problems with our roof and attic. He told us what needed to be done and that they would fix it correctly. They came out and did exactly what they said they would do and then some. Dale was always updating us on what they were doing and answered every question we had. Can't thank them enough..
I highly recommend Smart Roofing. Joe provided a very detailed explanation of what the job would involve. He also gave me the addresses of homes whose roofs Smart had replaced so that I see what the different colors of shingles samples looked like in place. Dale and crew removed chimney, complete tear off, replaced gutter, pitched all gutters correct and added gutter guards. Dale made sure all problems with my 100 year old house and garage was done correct. The crew was professional, courteous, and general concern for my satisfaction that far exceeded my expectations.
