After the lame price gouging of Stanley Steamer, we thought we would try our luck with this small business. Mark, the owner, came by and delivered exactly what was promised. He was upfront about what they do and what they don't and even referred us to some other businesses that can help with our wool Asian rugs. Mark knows the meaning of customer service and lives their tagline, "Big enough to serve, small enough to care." A+. Look no further.
