Our experience with EVERYONE was outstanding. After our AC unit stopped working the night before my wife called around to find help. Mike who came out for the initial diagnostic call and laid out our options in a way my wife could tell me (I was at work). To Kevin & Henry who did the installation of our new AC unit. Lastly the very important ladies (whose names escape me at the moment) in the office who dealt with scheduling and laid out payment options. Again, our experience was OUTSTANDING. We’d highly recommend New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning.
Kevin with New Berlin Heating and Air Conditioning did a fantastic job installing our new air conditioning unit and humidifier. Not only were they able to come the very next day but cleaned up after they were completed. He explained the new unit and about maintance warranty. Highly recommend!
On Monday my central AC was not working. By noon on Thursday Rob, Dan and Henry had been to my house and installed a new unit! I had also called a competitor to see if they could help me. They couldn't even come out to diagnosis before Friday! New Berlin Heating and AC thank you for the quick response! Thanks for sending professional techs to quickly and cleanly install my new unit.
