Had a new walk in shower installed by Mad City. Wonderful job. We are so happy with the work done by our service installer. His name is Lon, He was so informative and respectful of our home and property. Just love it!!!
I highly recommend Mad City Windows & Baths of Milwaukee. BEN F. did an amazing installation of our new shower and we love it! Ryan was a very thorough salesperson and took his time going over everything with us, including the Lifetime Warranty. Mitchell was great with customer service satisfaction, scheduling and follow up. The Field manager even stopped in to check on everything during installation, as well as the plumber. They have a great team of professionals and we are glad we chose to go with them for the replacement of our master bathroom shower. We will definitely be calling them again in the future for future projects!
I would use Mad City again. Everything went as planned. Great communication, and follow through. Rustyn came on time and kept me posted as he progressed with my shower installation, he was very efficient and professional.
