I was born and raised in Milwaukee but never lived there as an adult. I’m 63 now and was in town for my best friend’s funeral in 2021. Krause handled it and I was impressed, so when my mom died I knew who to call. It was white glove service from jump street and throughout the process, and even after my mom was buried, they just kept impressing! I worked mostly with Yvett, one of the funeral directors. Working with Krause early on has been a blessing to us. We had set up a plan several years ago to be put in place when one of us would be called to our heavenly home. That time came in early Spring for my husband and we were able to refer to the personalized package that they had prepared for us prior to the actual happening. One of the team has been a comforting source in walking us through every detail - every question that we have had.
