We've used JR plumbing several times and been happy with their services. Most recently we've been even more impressed with them. Their communication has been top notch, they have been prompt, and were pleasant and flexible about us having to change the date on them several times due to delays on a project. Above all they are honest and I won't hesitate to use their services in the future. Highly Recommend!

Contacted JR regarding flushing my tankless water heater. Chris responded right on time and was professional right off the bat. Showed him the water heater, discussed what I was looking for and he went into detail regarding my options. Learned the water heater was 16 years old and due to not knowing when or if it was ever flushed, gave me an honest professional opinion on pros and cons of doing so. These days, it’s easy for a company to come in, do the work as requested, collect money and leave without giving an honest opinion. I wanted to say thank you Bryant for doing such a wonderful job last week Monday. I would Highly recommend, JR Plumbing for future plumbing issues. Bryant was so nice and professional, did a wonderful job with clean up. Explained everything in detail on what he did and didn't waste time either...Was very satisfied with clearing the roots underneath the toilet and now everything is working like it should.hould.
