I used Evanson for roof, siding and gutters. The workers were excellent and did a great job, however, the communication was lacking with the project manager. They didn’t tell me they were not replacing the gable vents, so the house looks very plain without them. I called about that, and they did not follow up with a call to resolve it.

Reasonable Estimate, confidence that Evansen could deliver quality work which they did. From the photo, you can see alum edging and valleys, they replace all bad decking. install roofing materials quickly but accurately. Caulking and flashing all 100% perfect to ensure a leak proof roof. Was able to test roof as monsoon rain hit several days later with no issues. It was really a painless experience start to finish. However, you will need really good ear plugs if you are home on the day they install.
