A couple days later they contacted me that they were ready to pick up. Came back and to my surprise they gave me my alterations with no charge. I was shocked. They were so sorry for the inconvenience on having to come back.

“We have been using WESTWOOD for almost 30 years. The current family bought this shop about 2003 and we still use them, despite moving away from the neighborhood many years ago. Now up near Menomonee Falls, but still take the laundry to Westwood despite being 15 miles away. Always excellent service and quality.“

“Overall the service was good. My shirts were dry cleaned and pressed with starch the way I like them. They are a little pricey though. I was surprised at my bill when I came back to pick them up. There was no discussion of my price prior to leaving them with Klinke. I find that odd.“
