“Had to have the glass pane of our patio door replaced. I called Packerland Glass and someone was able to come out and measure the very next day and gave me a quote. Told me they could order the glass but would take 3 weeks. They called me a week and a half later and order was already in. They arranged a time to come out 2 days later to install. I had the pleasure of having contact with 4 different employees, from the original contact of onsite measurements to the estimator to the 2 installers that came out…..all very professional and knowledgeable. “We began working with ARC in August 2023 when our chimney flashing had caused us some issues. We had an insurance contractor essentially blow us off and say it would be an easy fix, don’t file a claim. We originally had Nick Dunst and ARC come to give us an estimate on our chimney flashing, we were advised that our home had severe hail damage, caused by the same storm that causing the flashing leakage. Within days of Nick coming to our home, we had a write up of all damages to show our insurance company. We filed a new claim, had documentation and an advocate on our side. We started the process of getting new siding and a new roof. During this process we had many obstacles to overcome through this process but I am certainly glad we stuck things out. The two jobs were completed on our home in April 2024. We couldn’t be happier with the work or the crews that completed our work. Even after the work was done, that didn’t stop Nick and ARC from helping us navigate our insurance claim and advocate for our benefit. We would not have had such an easy experience if it had not been for Nicks expertise. It was nicks nature to help/advocate and care. He helped numerous times when we had questions or concerns. Nick was always willing to help. We went as far as referring Nick to our family who had similar issues following an additional storm. There are not enough good things to say about this company and I would always be pro “ARC” even in the future. Our home was definitely safe with the company. We can’t wait to utilize you in the future.
