Claudia was very accommodating given the situation and my daughter absolutely loved her facial and was very comfortable with Claudia the whole time. And to top it off, she sent us home with a very friendly thank you card and a sample for my daughter to try. Will for sure be returning for more facials. “I have been trying out different nail salons since moving here a year ago. All did a good job but none really stood out or gave me that "Omg, my nails are so gorgeous I gotta go out & show them off now!" feeling. Until TODAY! I got the Deluxe Pedicure and showed some pics of ideas for my toes that I like. Tony was absolutely AMAZING! He was so meticulous and my nails are even BETTER than the professional pics I had used as an example. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. They all were professional and efficient but never seemed rushed or stressed, making the entire experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I am their newest "long time customer" bc I will definitely be returning!And return I did! This time Rose did my pedicure. Tony set the bar very high on my first visit but in true sibling spirit she brought her A game and "rose" to the challenge. She is equally talented and attentive and my entire pedicure was perfect. I know I am in excellent hands at Nails & Spa and you will be, too!“
