It has been atleast a little over 2 years since I've gone to the dentist, due to past experiences I was scared to go back but I knew I needed to go get my teeth cleaned and checked out. I called other dentist and some don't accept new patients or have a long wait but I checked out Parkside West Dental to see the next availability online. To my surprise they were able to get me in next week! So I set everything up online and eventually I got the text for conformation that my appointment went through. Highly, highly recommend. Wonderful and professional staff and quality dental work. Dr. Shroff and her team went above and beyond to get my dental work completed with a deadline on my insurance, even staying a whole hour beyond when they close. They demonstrated a wholesomely genuine and dedicated care for their patients. Because they remembered my name and details about my case, it was easy to come in and feel like we were picking up right where we left off. Dr. Shroff was an incredible comfort to me throughout my root canal. She was perfectly transparent, talking me through every action so that I knew what to expect and what I would feel. Alex at the front desk was fantastic with helping me figure out a payment plan with not having an insurance to cover the procedure! Highly recommend to anyone struggling to find dental options in the area!! Everyone else on the staff was super helpful and friendly, great team all around!
