I love my floor! It took me a L O N G time to decide on just the right flooring. Tori was amazing! Her expertise and patience went beyond my expectations and was very personalized. The installation team was great too. They were friendly, accommodating and professional. They handled getting a few defective pieces with my order with 5 star customer service. I will be back! We had the best experience and crew! Our project was scheduled for 5 weeks and they completed it in 3 weeks! Even with a couple snow days!! The entire crew was so friend to my family and animals, always tidying up when finished for the day, and wonderful communication about what they completed and next steps. Our new floors are absolutely gorgeous and I know our house was definitely not an easy project with all the different angles. Thank you again!!!!!
