From start to finish, top notch and very professional! I love my new basement, so dry and no more mold or mildew. I have no more worries or concerns with my grandchildren playing in their gaming room and have even created more space for them. The work only took a few days, which was amazing, and no corners were cut! The price was honest and fair and the work crew were very courteous, and thoughtful. They took time to ensure all dust or debris was contained and left my basement looking 1000% better!!! I highly recommend Erie for any basement issues. Best investment decision ever! I haven't had the work done as of yet, so while I am scheduled for this service, this rating only applies (presently) to the sales and representation portion of this experience. That said, I have been working with Markus, whom has been infallible in his professionalism while being equally courteous and affable, a difficult combination to pull off. He is extremely and sincerely confident in the product and can speak to it with great ease. He appears to be very happy in his job role, which speaks very well for the quality of the Company. We are ver pleased with the work that was completed by Erie Homes. Took them just about 3 days. No more worries about flooding. We opened up the basement by them removing a sauna, shower and toilet (which we never used) we do have 2 other bathrooms in case you thought we only had the 2 and got rid of one.
