I have been going to Prohealth for a very long time. The thing that keeps us coming back all this time is the dedication of our primary care physician. A big shout out to Dr. Daniel Cheng. He's friendly, helpful and professional. Never fails to call the next day to check on us, or give us test results.

Prohealth Care - Muskego has been my medical provider for 25 years. The staff that greets you and signs you in for appointments are the friendliest, most professional and knowledgeable people I've met. Dr. James Chapman and Dr. Daniel Cheng are brilliant. What I particularly like about them, especially Dr. Chapman (because he is my primary care doctor), is that they go out of their way to explain not just what, but how and why in a way that's easy to understand so you can be a more aware and active participant in your own treatment. If you call with a question or concern, phone calls are returned promptly. This clinic is extremely busy, but I have always felt like I was their only patient. There's no sense of being hurried or that the doctors were rushing to get to the next patient. I have such trust and confidence in my doctors and the Prohealth Care system that if I moved away, I'd probably fly back for appointments. Top notch care.

Making appt. Over the phone is a real pain with Pro H, so I came into the clinic and talked to the receptionist to make an appt face to face for blood work. Because of the time factor, she said that the Brookfield PH might work out better . She kept saying that I could call and make an appt. I finally asked if she could make the call for the appt. She did make the appt for me but the feeling I got was that she was doing me a big favor instead of plain customer service
It wasn't very warm and fuzzy
