I recently visited Jiffy Lube and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an auto shop. The managers, a woman and man that helped me truly made all the difference. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. What really stood out was how they approached everything with genuine care. At no point did I feel pressured or pushed into unnecessary sales. Instead, they took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense to me, letting me decide what was best for my car. The service and staff were awesome! Kept me updated on the services I needed and no pressure me into things I didn’t need. Very quick service - in and out fast! Recommend them highly!
