“Got a hold of Dave on a Sunday (unfortunate timing) and he was immediately responsive. I had a leaking pipe under my sink that had been saturating the basement floor for a couple days before I noticed it (along with some mold). He came out first thing on Monday morning and had it replaced in less than half an hour. Sure it was kitten play for a master plumber, but for a new homeowner with little DIY experience it was a huge relief to see the problem conquered like it was nothing. I know who I'll be calling next time I have any plumbing issues. Thanks Dave!“

Fixed leaking toilet correctly, an old shower that didn't have hot water, and got our washing machine to also use hot water. All these things were addressed prior by other plumbers. Steve also noticed our hot water heater pipes were not to code and Tom re did those and pipes that fed it and the shower. “Yesterday I wrote a review and gave a 1 star because of delay in retuning my phone call. Chris did return my call and immediately set a team member out to replace my Water Heater. Installation was completed and we now have HOT water. I should have waited to write a review that's why I am rewriting a positive review today. “BPP installed a bigger hot water heater for us and added a mixing valve to our emergency shower (we work in a chemistry lab). They were also nice enough to come back to help make adjustments so we could ensure we had the right temperature. Recently, they were also able to provide some good information as to flow rates for the same shower. Always very professional and gives honest opinions of the situations we've worked with them on!“

A simple call to Aqua had a service technician (James) at our place within 4 hours, despite a busy day of service calls for them. They had all of our details regarding well, pump, past services, etc., etc.

James was personable, very knowledgeable and efficient - answered all my questions and had us up and running again with a new pressure tank, plumbing and electrical hook-ups before the afternoon was over. He also left specific details (including a quote) for getting ahead of a potential problem with our submersible pump, which is nearing the end of it's lifespan too.

These guys know their stuff, and I wouldn't even consider using anyone else.“
