You guys are awesome! I bought a furnance 3 years ago with the extended warranty. The house started to get colder over the weekend. John the tech was awesome. He took care of the issue and now I have a warm house. As a single Mom who knows nothing about furnaces I am happy to pay extra for the extended warranty. That peace of mind is everything to me. I am very thankful for a warm house.
Outstanding Service! Our AC unit needed repair and I contacted Brenda at Martens for service.. She had their office call me and they were here the next morning.. Ryan was professional, competent and had us up and running in short time .. Thanks again..
They arrived early and took care of my issue promptly. Most of the expense involved the service call of $164.00. The part to fix the leaking water supply line was only $4.50.
