You guys are awesome! I bought a furnance 3 years ago with the extended warranty. The house started to get colder over the weekend. John the tech was awesome. He took care of the issue and now I have a warm house. As a single Mom who knows nothing about furnaces I am happy to pay extra for the extended warranty. That peace of mind is everything to me.
