We contacted Seasonal Services to core aerate and over-seed our lawn. A service technician came without notice and only seeded our yard. When we called to find out why the aeration was not done the person that answered the phone said nothing could be done about it because it was our fault since we had not initialed that portion of the contract. We had specifically called about aeration. Obviously it wasn’t clearly indicated that in addition to signing the contract, you needed to initial portions of it. Seasonal Services did a complete makeover project on our existing landscaping. Kyle, our landscape architect, designed a plan that was thoughtful, beautiful and met all of our goals for the project. He is a pleasure to work with. The installation crew was excellent. They were conscientious, careful and hardworking. The project was completed on time and on budget. They guarantee the plantings for a year and have reminded me to contact them if anything doesn't survive the winter. Five star experience, for sure!
Mike came out to follow up on our project and was very professional during his visit. He was willing to help me with some low voltage lights that I needed help with after our initial project. Thanks Mike
