Although there was an initial misunderstanding regarding the aeration, the issue was resolved promptly after speaking with the manager, who sent someone out for a complimentary aeration the next day. Seasonal Services also completed a complete makeover project on existing landscaping. Customers praised Kyle, the landscape architect, for designing a thoughtful and beautiful plan that met all their goals. The installation crew was noted for being conscientious, careful, and hardworking, completing the project on time and within budget. They guarantee the plantings for a year and encourage customers to reach out if any plants do not survive the winter. Additionally, Mike followed up on a project and was very professional, assisting with low voltage lights after the initial project. Overall, customers describe their experiences as five-star.
This is our first time using Seasonal services to Design and landscape our backyard and patio. We were well pleased with the design and professionalism we received from John Henderson. The design was amazing and we did have some issues come up but he solved them completely to our satisfaction without additional cost. The workers were exceptional and very neat and cleaned up every day. Phil and Gustavo were in charge of the day to day operations. We found them easy to communicate with. This is my second large project with Seasonal Service. The projects required landscape infrastructure work for erecting a shed. In the most current project I worked with John Henderson on the planning and design. It started in the spring of 2025 but for various reasons on my side did not execute untill fall of 2025. John and I meet numerous times to go over the details and was patient with me as I added scope to the project. John did an excellent job on the design. I recently had several gardens replaced in the yard and around the house at my relatives house. Scott met me there and we discussed a plan and he helped me decide on the best course of action. Scott was very open to whatever I needed to get done. He called back several times to make sure everything was on track. When the work started I met Andy who was in charge of the project. He was very detail oriented and wanted to know about every garden and landscape problem that we were addressing. Since I don't live on the property, Andy called me several times to make sure that what I wanted saved or removed was going to happen correctly. Very professional about everything....read full review
