I took my doodle(who has gone here since puppy) in for a bad paw due to him chewing it, due to allergies or sensitivities. He was examined and I was told he has an infected paw. Antibiotics and medicated wipes were prescribed. I get the bill and the antibiotic was $92. I'm disappointed that BVV didn't let me know ahead of time the high cost. The wipes I could have gotten retail for less than half the $30 they cost me. As for the wipes, they should give the client the choice to get them on their own. The total bill was $200. Seems high to me.

They are a very caring and knowledgeable staff. I have been going there for a number of years, and have always been happy with the care my pets have gotten. The support I have also received has always been kind and compassionate. Very clean and organized. Food and medications are always ready for pick-up when I call ahead. All vets are professional and easy to talk to, and friendly. I feel lucky to have them helping me with the care of my pets.

Receptionist, techs, and the doctors are very kind to me and my dog. They take the time and effort to answer all your questions. The doctor came up with a good health plan. I'm glad I changed veterinary clinics.
