We have used Klassy Kleaners for a couple of years and we are very satisfied. Our kids and pets can be hard to keep up with when it comes to cleaning. They do a great job cleaning which includes vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, living area, and bedrooms. Ashley is easy to communicate with via text which I really appreciate. The cleaners are very friendly and hard working. We are a busy family that work and coach long hours. We really appreciate the job they do.

We recently had Rich from Full Coverage Painting, paint the whole interior of our home. Rich did a fantastic job! Rich is a very hard worker, and wants nothing but the best quality of work for his customers. Rich is very personable, prompt, and trustworthy. We will be hiring Rich again for any future painting projects. Rich is also excellent with kids, our daughter loved him!!
Alex is a lifesaver and was so personable and knowledgeable. He too the time on the phone to listen to my issue and was able to resolve my computer magnification problem in minutes. Cleanup afterwards was as complete as can be expected with everything looking like they were never here.
Example of their concern for the job, when Adam did a materials check he found a small scratch on a roof box vent that I couldn't even see. He threw it aside and said " I'm not putting that on your roof I'm getting a new one" I didn't believe it but he went and got one.

I had been looking for a specific plant that I grew up with as a child in Germany, called in the USA Cowslip. I had ordered once at a different garden center seeds but was not able to get them to germinate. Now, with much joy I was able to receive a plant from the Heritage Flower Farm. It arrived quickly and was packed so well, with the roots being well saturated and the green leaves still vibrant and green. The roots were so strong and long. Even though I ordered just one plant, it was actually 4 little ones into one, which I divided into 2. Within just one week of planting the leaves of the plant have already shown new life. Amazing! I am so thankful for the good quality plant and will for sure consider ordering other out of the ordinary plants from this farm. God's creation is so beautiful and gives so much joy!

I love this practice! The dental assistants are excellent. They educate you well on your dental hygiene and practices in oral care. And of course we all love Dr. John Sullivan. He has never overcharged for procedures, and never “talks one into” anything that they are not comfortable with. Also, he is a “minimalist”, meaning he only dies what he needs to do to obtain his excellent outcomes.

They are a very caring and knowledgeable staff. I have been going there for a number of years, and have always been happy with the care my pets have gotten. The support I have also received has always been kind and compassionate. Very clean and organized. Food and medications are always ready for pick-up when I call ahead. All vets are professional and easy to talk to, and friendly. I feel lucky to have them helping me with the care of my pets.
Not only is Ricky a talented masseuse, he’s also an incredibly nice guy. Ricky cares about the quality of his services- it’s not just a run of the mill massage. My wife and I are super lucky we found him 5 years ago. Thanks Ricky.

Got a hold of Dave on a Sunday (unfortunate timing) and he was immediately responsive. I had a leaking pipe under my sink that had been saturating the basement floor for a couple days before I noticed it (along with some mold). He came out first thing on Monday morning and had it replaced in less than half an hour. Sure it was kitten play for a master plumber, but for a new homeowner with little DIY experience it was a huge relief to see the problem conquered like it was nothing. I know who I'll be calling next time I have any plumbing issues. Thanks Dave!

Tim, Mike and crew have been taking care of our 3 acres of constantly creeping kettle moraine forest for over 20 years. Wow! Wow! We called and they came! After calling and talking with several local companies and being disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm or an outright response of, "No" we called Urban. We are from the area and over the years have seen Urban grow. Urban seemed to be in many places but for some reason we thought Urban was "out of our league" and we would not be able to afford them. We were wrong and if I could have a redo I would call Urban and no one else. Julie and Lisa listened to what we needed and wanted and came back with a solid plan. The Urban team consulted with several people who specialized in all the area's touched when you crack open an older structure. Urban was on time, on budget, on point and the communication was amazing during the process. Urban was honest about costs and expectations. We are confident that we were treated fairly and honestly. One of the Urban staff said to me, "Hey, make sure you are happy with this- you are paying a lot for this."The end product is essentially two new living spaces for us and the supporting structure to make the space safe. The home is an older cottage that has been cobbled together since the 40s....so you know... if you live around some of the lakes in our area what we were dealing with. My husband, my 1 year old daughter and I all see Dr. Rocco on a regular basis. I suffer from chronic ear infections and almost cancelled my appointment yesterday due to pain, not knowing if I could handle an adjustment. Dr. Rocco assured me that an adjustment would help my ear pain and I went along with my adjustment. He made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the entire process. On the drive home my pain COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED and the following day I feel almost 100% back to normal. I am in complete shock and amazement at the relief I feel and could not be more grateful. What is usually a week or suffering was only one day thanks to Dr. Rocco. I will forever be a patient and recommend him to everyone I know!

Brad and Luke were wonderful to work with! My house experienced pretty bad water damage after a storm, and they came out right away to look at it. (They did not install the original roof). They were always very responsive and always opened their calendars to accommodate my schedule as well as the schedule of my insurance adjuster. They checked on the roof multiple times as we were having bad weather. They brought in a large crew and even worked over the weekend to get me a new roof as soon as possible. They also came out after the first rain to make sure that the roof held up for us. My new roof is beautiful and is much better quality than the original roof. Their crew was polite and did a great job cleaning up afterward. These guys go above and beyond what other companies normally do. I would absolutely work with them again and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Kathleen Roe was amazing to work with. Our daughter finished behind the wheel and we were unhappy with the experience. Kathleen met with our daughter once, and we were amazed what a difference that one lesson made. Kathleen even took the time and followed up after her test to know how she did. I wish we had found her to start with. I would recommend her driving school to anyone!

We had a cold air leaky door from house to the garage. Todd reviewed the damage that our cats had done to the weather stripping. He bought the right product and had it installed quickly.No cold leak and just kitten training needed.
What an awesome experience! For starters, the space is immaculate and comfortable! Christine does a wonderful job making you feel like an old friend! Then, there was little to no awkward, we've never met before moments! We had great conversation and some good laughs too! She made, what for me, was an experience I was skeptical about, so worth while! I am someone who has always done my own brows...and I would go out on a limb and say I'm really good at it, but Christine made my brows look so natural and flawless! And to wrap it all up, she sent me home with a care package with all the things I needed to make sure my brow results were amazing! I can't believe I waited so long to do this...and I'm saving myself 15 min every single morning! Thanks Christine!
We first had them come to install a new front door. They were awesome and came to get the job on December 23 as we had company arriving the next day. We were so pleased we contracted with them to replace our siding in the spring. They were always on time and completely cleaned up each day. Absolutely 5* experience with WH spa in Muk. Check in was smooth and easy, then off to the locker room for your robe and slippers. Highly recommend going up 2 sizes for your robe (I'm a 3XL) as to cover all parts.
After the locker room, head to the quiet room while awaiting your masseuse. They'll grab you and head back to the room to work the massage magic. The tranquil stone and Melody were amazing -- would highly recommend.
After the massage, headed back to the quiet room to relax before changing out of your robe and slippers. Drop the rob and slippers into the wicker basket in the changing room and they check out.
Check out is smooth and easy. All cards accepted. Would highly recommend for any wanting any spa related action.

Our 3 year old twin sons had their first salon hair cuts here with Lynn, and she did such a great job with them! She was very patient with them and the haircuts looked professional and consistent, even with the boys moving around a lot. They loved the little airplane chair they were able to sit in and the box of toys that they could play with while they were waiting. We would definitely take them here again when they need another haircut.

I've seen a few specialists and the lab at this location. Staff in all Aurora locations have always been courteous, professional and informative. I've never been kept waiting. Like any medical clinic these days, one needs to be prompt if you want to be seen. Some of these negative reviews that were posted during the pandemic are not fair. Medical pros were doing 16 hour shifts, medications and supplies were difficult to get delivered. Walgreens still is often out stock on meds nationwide. Don't blame the doctor for Walgreen's management problems.

Dr. Bogunovic and the team were awesome with my pup and his emergency. The doc was thorough and nice. The staff was also very sweet and helpful.
We contacted Seasonal Services to core aerate and over-seed our lawn. A service technician came without notice and only seeded our yard. When we called to find out why the aeration was not done the person that answered the phone said nothing could be done about it because it was our fault since we had not initialed that portion of the contract. We had specifically called about aeration. Obviously it wasn’t clearly indicated that in addition to signing the contract, you needed to initial portions of it. We asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t available. We asked to have him call us. It took 2 weeks to get a return but after we finally talked with the manager, he sent someone out the next day to do a complimentary aeration. We are very pleased with resolution of the issue.

I've been going here for years. The owners are always pleasant and very accommodating. They are a small business but the services are top notch! I've never had to have a nail fixed and the pedicures are fabulous. I've brought my young granddaughters in for mani/pedis and they are treated like royalty. You won't be disappointed and the fees are very affordable!
