“This morning, 8/13/24, Collin from Keystone came to my house to replace a capacitor on my AC unit. The night before, I noticed the AC unit didn’t sound right when I turned it on, so I called Keystone and left a message that something was wrong. I received a call this morning at 7:30 telling me that a tech was on the way! Collin arrived 20 minutes later, and was polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to show me what went wrong and how he remedied the issue. Today, 4/30/24, Greg from Keystone, came to the house for my annual furnace and AC tune up. Greg was professional, on time, polite, respectful and knowledgeable regarding tuning up my furnace and AC unit. My furnace needed a new hose and he was able to replace that for me for a small extra cost, which was important to me as keeping my home and it’s mechanicals in good working order is a top priority. He explained everything he did and why, I appreciate that! Thank you Greg, and Keystone, for another year of exceptional service! :>)

Today, 7/13/22, Adam from Keystone came for the annual check up & tune up of my Heating & AC. He called before arriving & gave me an ETA, was on time, professional, polite, friendly & informed me of what he had done & how my furnace & AC unit are performing. Continued great service! “I recently had my ac and humidifier replaced by Air Doctors. They replaced my air vent as well, as it was larger than it needed to be, which made the air flow less efficient and I was using 2 filters. Jason and Steve replaced it, and made it the correct size, and now using 1 filter. They'll be back when the weather warms up and check out the a/c. After they left, I noticed that the heat was blowing out a lot better than before. Thanks Steve and Jason for everything!“

“I needed a plumber in an emergency situation. I made several calls to plumbers I had used previously but none of them were willing or able to help me. Out of frustration, I called Southport. They sent a plumber to my home in less than an hour. The young man quickly diagnosed my problem, and the needed repair was performed quickly. Honestly, I was not thrilled with the product he installed, as the same brand failed and caused my problem. However, from a customer service standpoint, Southport did an excellent job! Very impressed with their service. I would definitely use them again, and I would highly recommend this company!“

Todd and his team came out that Monday night and got it running temporarily, sent a quote by 8AM the next day Tuesday, and were back installing my new system by 7AM Wednesday… and my house was cool before supper time.
