Pat responded immediately on a weekend when my furnance went out during one of the coldest weekends. He was responsive and quick to fix the major issues we had in which we had not realize had occurred from the previous heating company we hired.Due to this reasoning, Pat and his team took the initiative to fix my heating element immediately. Woodlands had to repair the entire setup the previous person did on our home. We had already been out of heat for over 2 weeks so kindly, Pat stopped and picked up some ceramic heating elements for our home so the kids would stay nice and warm.We appreciated his business and kindness more than ever.
