I called and spoke with Laura who was extremely helpful checking to see if the food was in stock, and letting me know the food would be set aside for me when I stopped in. I brought my dog’s written prescription from her primary care provider, and Michaela was very professional and kind as she inputted my info and checked out the food. The clinic itself is very clean, bright, and inviting. I’m comforted knowing that if I’m in town again, and my pup needs care or food, this clinic will be where I go!“

“I recently returned to KVC to get a second opinion on allergies in a French Bulldog. Dr Chris was kind, clear and precise. He knew what and how to treat my dog. The other vet offered a confusing array of options and was unsure if I was dealing w a food/ or environmental allergy. Years back I had another issue w/ a Frenchie. I was terrified. Dr Paul was just as kind, calm and precise. That issue was vertigo. He diagnosed and treated it in one visit. I left KVC because of their location. However, I trust their experience and knowledge. I suspect I will be returning there for the rest of my veterinary needs. The knowledge and experience is worth the drive. I hope neither Doc ever retires.“

“I was able to have my dog seen on a Saturday when no one else would see her. They were very kind, thorough, and informative. Also, reasonably priced. I was very appreciative of their service.“

“We have used this facility twice. Each time, we were treated with respect and compassion, and they made sure we were fully aware of what the charges would be before they started treatment. The facility can perform certain services and obtain immediate results that many vets are unable to, and since this is considered a hospital, prices may be a bit higher. I don't believe it is just about the money, as one person stated, because the doctor who saw our dog stated that one service wasn't an emergency and would be cheaper to have done at our vet. They didn't make me feel rushed and answered all my questions. I like that they take you into a different room to discuss treatment, as sometimes the news isn't the best. I only had one piece of paper to fill out, but they did give me some information to read, and it cut right to the chase. It explained that they don't apologize for wait times and expect to be treated with respect and I can appreciate that logic. I have seen how rude people can be, and many times, that is because nobody likes to wait or is worried about their loved one.“
