They were great!Had to have them come on a Sunday for our furnace.So nice. Communicated so well. Came super fast!Then they came back first thing Monday morning with the part and got it fixed.Highly recommend them!
I was doing a total remodel. Starting from scratch. I had no idea where to turn when I remembered my father always went to Rufer's. I contacted them and Bill was right on time for the appointment. I did call two others; one didn't show up at all....but he did give me a quote! Bill explained everything in great detail and in a language I could understand. He explained the different options I had not only in regard to the furnaces I could choose, but also which fuel would be best for my home. When those decisions were made, he went to work. He did a really great job. He cleaned up after himself before he left each day ... found out most contractors don't do that. I could not be happier and I recommend the company to any one who needs repairs or entire system replaced. Awesome job and great prices!
