They really need to work on better communication. I brought my taxes there in early March and I wish they’d have told me that they were too busy to get my taxes done on time and would be filing an extension. Especially since the extension cost me over $1400 in late penalty. Instead I got zero communication, so I called on April 15. I asked if they were filing an extension and was rudely told “Well, if you haven’t heard anything yet then she must be.” I called every couple of weeks after that and was made to feel like a nuisance.
