The Great Clips girl that cut my hair in Monroe, Wisconsin on 03/01/2024 is not only a fine hair stylist but she got me in with a full schedule and as far as I know she worked the shop by herself all day..!.. I needed my haircut for a dinner party that evening and she squeezed me in.. I tipped her $10.00 and thanked her for going above and beyond..Now that’s dedication!

The app was convenient! I was in within 20 min just after the lunch hour. Jessica cut my hair, and she shared what she knew about life in Monroe. I just needed to prep for a new transition with work and now have more confidence!

Honestly, I haven't had good luck with cuts from this establishment in the past. I had all but given up but was told to ask for a specific person before going elsewhere. My last 2 hair cuts have been perfect. In fact, the cut I just received was the best cut I've received in the last 20 years!! Thank you very much Holly!!
