“My wife and I have had Alex and the Steam Plus team clean carpets in three different homes over the years. They always arrive on time and they are always polite and professional. Alex explains what he is going to do before starting and he actually will test the carpeting to make sure he knows what material he's working with before he decides on a product or technique for cleaning. His team all wear "booties" while working and they use corner guards and other techniques to make sure they don't cause any damage. Finally, they clean up after themselves and they always leave a little something as a gift. Either some spot remover, deodorizer, or something that helps out around the house. We will use them again, I'm sure.“
