We wanted to wait to give the stove a good test before we sent this. The stove is working great! Todd was very thorough and accurate with the estimate. The installers were on time and professional. Came back the next day to finish up. And Chuck did a great job on the mantle. Just what we wanted. Thanks again.
Instead of replacing our old metal chimney, we decided to have a “sleeve” installed over it along with a new rain cap on top of it. Working with Hansen & Sons was easy, and the results look great!
Had a fireplace that wasn't working. Wasn't sure if they were the people that installed item. But made an appointment. Todd the tech rep came to my house was able to diagnose the problem. And suggested the person to repair it. Kind and generous. Helped me so much Impressed by the staff that answered the phone knowledgible and helpful
