The location I went to was a busy location. I made an appointment online but noticed the wait time online was not accurate. The stylist that worked with me was kind but not very personable.

Wait was over an hour, on a Saturday,but an appointment was available. They were fully staffed. They were taking people as soon as they were done with other clients. They concentrate on haircuts, not colors and perms. They did an excellent job.

I am LOVING my haircut! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of staff skills.The store was really tidy and clean. Staff were not very chipper, though. Not a place where you are going to really connect with your hairdresser.
