“My dog had come in the house bleeding from the mouth and acting strangely.I called her vet and they were moving and unable to get her in even as an emergency and wouldn't refer me to another. We began calling vet clinics in surrounding areas but none had availability. After reaching All Creatures they told us to bring her in and they would see her. We arrived, they saw her immediately, ran several tests but they were so short-staffed and really busy so they weren't sure if we would have any answers that day. She needed to be sedated in order to get a good look but they didn't know if they had time that day. The vet came in and took the time to answer all our questions and hear our concerns. They kept our dog and when they had a minute they were able to examine her with light sedation. The vet called me and told me what she found and put my mind at ease. We picked her up all medications were thoroughly explained and we left. Our pup is on the mend and the clinic followed up on Saturday and Dr. Pam called Monday with some test results as well as to check on Graci. Thank you so much for going above and beyond on a busy Friday! Their customer service is outstanding and techs are very skilled in dealing with injured animals. Even though it's an hour drive, I am switching to this facility. Dr. Pam was the most compassionate vet -- who I think genuinely cares about the animal's well being and the owner's peace of mind. My dog is an Aussie Husky mix so can be protective and difficult when injured but they knew how to deal with it. They also clipped her nails and gave her shots that day. I can't say enough good things about them, and I appreciate all they did for us that day. They also were up front with all associated costs from the initial call and throughout the exam process which is a welcome change. Its nice to have an idea of the overall costs and you can set a limit, as well. They came in under the limit for all they did. When it comes to my animals I will do everything I can no matter what it costs but if nobody is willing to take them for whatever reason ---what can you do?? “Great care! I have a rescue that hates other animals and is very selective with people. I was hesitant how everything would go but Rupert did great and loved the staff. They were very kind and caring and Dr. Brian is the best. Will continue to travel the hour to go there. Very reasonably priced compared to other vets I've been to!“
