Overall I had a wonderful experience. I have had my puppy for just under a week and it has been great. She is cute and smart and settling in well. Being it was my first animal, I had a lot of questions and they were all answered promptly. The only thing I would say was that there was a skin issue just before I went to go get my puppy that delayed pick-up and seemed as though it could have been avoided if the pups were kept away from other animals. Nothing major or long term though and the puppy seems to be doing just fine now. I understand that sometimes things happen that are uncontrollable though. I was happy with everything, but we are still having issues with behavior. I question them having them spay the pups so early., did some research. I love my Zoey, but would never get another that is spayed before 8 weeks.
Andrea is the best. She was and is very professional, very knowledgeable, works with you before, during, and after the adoption and truly cares about her pups. I cannot recommend her high enough. If there were a 100 star rating she would get it.
