My mom needed a handyman to help seal up the concrete to house exterior for the winter. Tim was very responsive to the request and did excellent work. A few weeks later, another need to assist with properly reconnecting the gutter elbows to the downspout. He was again fast to repair with a fantastic job completing too. Tim has been a great resource and is highly recommended!
Tim did an awesome job replacing two interior doors including the frames. One door had a very large frame because it was added as part of an addition to the exterior stone of our house. The regular frame we purchased wasn't large enough to cover between the exterior stone wall and dry wall leaving the insulation exposed. Tim purchased extra wood and custom built an additional frame around the door. My husband stained it to match and it looks great. I recommend Tim 100%!
This summer Tim replaced 3 posts in our backyard fence, replaced screws in the gate hardware, and laid caulking between the foundation and the sidewalk to prevent water seepage into the basement. Tim provided a reasonable quote, performed the work in the stated timeframe; then, upon leaving the job noticed that a previous handyman had not properly attached two sections of the backyard fence which he repaired on the spot. We will definitely use his services again.
