Target opticals employee was so incredibly helpful and pleasant and just wonderful!! She handled multiple customers needs smoothly, even though there was only one employee and multiple overlapping customers. She was able to tell us what our insurance covered, and the whole thing was easy and smooth. Target prices additionally, are very reasonable.

My eye exam with Dr. Heinecke is the best eye exam I’ve ever had. He is personable, professional, and approachable. Dr. Heinecke genuinely likes and understands people. It was an amazing customer experience. And I learned more about my eyes in our session than with any other optometrist I’ve gone to.
Jazmine greeted me when I arrived for my appointment. She administered some preliminary eye tests. Jazmine was also personable, professional, and approachable. I cannot say enough good things about the team working at Target Optical on Chase Avenue in Milwaukee, WI. I will recommend this location to anyone I know who needs eyeglasses.

Kaia at the Glendale (Bayshore) location is a rockstar. She saved my neck (and eyes!) when I ran out of contacts while traveling, adjusted my frames, and did it all with great patience and humor. We need more Kaia in our world!
