These guys are always great and always professional. The few minor issues we've had over the past 5 years have been corrected quickly and to our satisfaction. Ryan is responsive and he and his team go out of the way to provide excellent service.

My office has used this cleaning service for years now and all of the professionals there use them for their personal dry cleaning. Well, we are in times of COVID and I'm not going into the office so I can't drop my stuff off in the bin. I had a bit of dry cleaning to be done, so I looked up on their website and found out that they do free pick up and delivery if you're in their area, and I am in the area! I was so pleased when they picked up my stuff yesterday morning and dropped it off exactly 24 hours later. The service is great, my clothes look great, and I am one happy customer. Their website is easy to use to schedule someone to come to where you are. If you're looking for a reputable dry cleaning service this is the place to check out.

The pocket zipper on my Eddie Bauer down jacket broke, so I called around to see who could do clothing repairs for me. A few places that said they could repair, but that it would take up to 3 weeks. Then I found Taken 2 The Cleaners, called and left a voicemail about my issue, and got a call back that same day. We schedule a pick-up time at my office downtown (so convenient) the next day. The pick-up was on time, and I got my coat back (delivered back to my office) within three days. The cell phone number they provided that allowed me to keep in touch and monitor the length of time it would take was an extra nice piece when it comes to these types of fixes. I will be using them again for other repairs that I can't handle on my own!
