Step Above Training lives up to its name by providing customized workouts tailored to individual needs. The trainers, including Katelyn and Dave, take a personalized approach, adapting exercises on the fly to ensure clients' safety and progress. They also identify and address underlying issues, such as old injuries, to help clients achieve their fitness goals. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, making workouts both challenging and enjoyable.     Step Above Training’s Group Training Classes are extremely dynamic, challenging and make me feel like I run a marathon on a weekly basis. Dave’s passion for designing creative and fun work sessions, all while coaching proper form(and cheering you on), is what keeps me coming back for more time and time again! Step Above Training is the place to be!! You never know what you’re walking in to, but can always trust it will be a killer workout with some amazing people sweating it out with you! Check it out

    I love this gym. Eric makes training fun and interesting, even at 6 am. There's a huge variety of equipment, so no matter your goals, you can work towards achieving them at Step Above. Highly recommend 5/5.
