We had some electricalproblems installing a range hood and called Sparks for a service call. He helped us out over the phone, no charge. Very knowledgeable, intelligent and helpful. Our house is over 100 years old and has some funky wiring that gave out in half the kitchen on Thanksgiving. After calling a couple electricians the next day and only getting voice mail messages, I connected with Gary who was in the middle of a job but said he might be able to fit our job in before the end of the day.

Lucky for us, his previous appointment canceled and even though it was already 4:30p on a Friday when he got to our house, he stayed the 3+ hours needed to identify and fix the issue.

I'm a DIY'er so I decided to install a ceiling fan over the weekend. Everything was going well until the cloth wiring was so brittle I couldn't tell which wire was "hot" and which was "neutral". So, on a Saturday night around 7pm I called and Gary picked up. He proceeded to walk me through the entire testing process to figure out which wires belonged where. He didn't ask for a dime and I got my power back on and my ceiling fan up. Gary to the rescue! Thanks a bundle!
