Good workout (for those who have already established a base level of fitness-I don’t recommend it for people who are only just starting to try to get into shape), but it’s beyond capacity in terms of its popularity and the limited space they have available. Went to solidcore twice, and the issue I have is that it’s way too fast to be “Pilates”. Pilates is supposed to be slow and controlled. Almost as slow as possible. The solidcore at Pilates is like a cardio HIIT style where you are doing quick and repetitive pulses. You are in a large group with mostly inexperienced people, many of which aren’t well versed in yoga or calisthenics type moments- you may benefit from a one-one-one class instead of this type of large group sitting.
Instructors were polite, atmosphere was good and it’s inexpensive. You still get a good workout.

Wow! I love solidcore. This pilates-inspired workout leaves you shaky and winded - in the best way. The instructors are all very kind and super helpful when they explain different moves and techniques. They always have killer playlists too.
