Everyone is super friendly and extremely helpful. We had the unfortunate “final” visit and they made the process more bearable. Dr. Gabriella Henthorn was very kind and patient with us. She laid out the facts very clear while still being empathetic and also took the time to provide comfort. I wouldn’t want to go through that again but if I had to, I would go back to her.
I had a visit to Small Animal Hospital yesterday for a problem with my cat. All my questions were addressed and my problems solved right then and there. From the staff at the desk to Doctor H., everyone was caring, knowledgeable and kind.
Good-humored and professional service--knowledge of cost prior to service--excellence in check-up, diagnosis and articulating new feeding behaviors going forward. Many thanks to all at SAH!
