I loved the experience. all the way through. the soft guidance from Whitney kept my anxiety calm enough to focus on the waves of wnergy that was being restored and replaced. I would recommend this at least monthly to assist in anxiety. Since my fist session Ive been alot more open to positivity and more accepting when I need to release old energy!

I had a sound healing session this morning and I feel refreshed! Whitney created a calm and peaceful atmosphere, where I was able to relax and start to release a lot of my anxiousness. I definitely felt a difference in how I was feeling, both physically and emotionally, after my session. I’m looking forward to incorporating more sound healing sessions into my self-care routine.
