I did some digging on diligent employment lawyers. Scott was one that was matched with me and also it was backed up by a friend of mine who is in the legal community. Jude his para is the most kind person ever. I am in nursing school and my retainer is not something outrageous but they are still willing to keep my case until I get funding to them. Will be leaving another review depending on how they decide to handle my case being I haven't heard anything in almost 5 months after having all my paperwork and money paid.Update: Got a response and potential fix within a hour of this.
