I just had my furnace replaced by Uttke. I had called them for a second opinion after my furnace stopped running and another company quoted me five different things wrong with my furnace and was really trying to push me into a new furnace with their quotes. Tyler from Uttke came over and looked over my furnace and gave me an honest estimate of what needed to be done to keep the furnace up and going, and was honest about whether fixing it or replacing it was the right thing for me, he was never pushy and answered all my questions with bothers senarios. He was able to quote a furnace on the spot and also quote fixing the old one, so I had all the info I needed without needing someone else to come out. I valued his honesty and experience and decided replacement was right for me. Uttke was easy to work with on scheduling and getting a tech out when the old furnace stopped before the new one was in. Hired Uttke for a large full house remodel recently. They did an excellent job . On time, fair, and did the work exactly how i envisioned it. Would recommend and will be using them again!
Our Boiler went out yesterday, I called at 1430 trying to find someone who was able to fix our now 15 year old Munchkin boiler. Damon stopped out looked to see what parts he might need to fix it, came back today with the parts he was able to find and did indeed fix our boiler. I've had one other Hvac company out previously and all they want me to do was replace our boiler, Damon was honest went above and beyond to fix our boiler and save us from replacing it.
