Curt and the entire Property Prep LLC team are one of a kind! I happen to find them on a random Google search and it couldn't have been a better find.

Their customer service is top notch. Not only are they responsive, but their start to finish process of all work is everything you could ask for and more.

They are very receptive to any and all feedback and are willing to work with you on exactly what you need.

I would recommend them to everyone - their work is remarkable!

Mike Vertal and his team worked their magic on our condo and it turned out beautiful! He and Brian communicated well, and were very professional. Everything was done on time and at a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend this company for all your needs.

Property Prep is a full-service facility maintenance and janitorial company providing services to commercial building owners, HOAs, hotels, property managers, builders, banks, and Realtors. We provide commercial cleaning services for common areas, for offices, during and after construction, and for apartment turnovers. Our commercial handyman services include everything from weekly visits to accomplish a list, to pre or post inspection lists for real estate transitions with a right to cure, to larger projects where we provide improvements and repairs.
