I called close to closing time, spoke with Troy and he had an electrician to our home first thing the following morning to diagnose and fix an issue. Jake was dispatched to our home, he explained everything he was going to do/check and provided updates along the way. He also took photos so I could clearly understand what was causing the issue we were experiencing. A while ago I was planning to get some work done so I contacted a few businesses to get just a rough estimate to start with. No one would give a rough estimate without scheduling a visit and some even wanted to charge for the visit to give me a quote. The only one who gave an estimate was Troy and he made clear that the prices are just a guess, as expected, without looking at the job in person. Troy's estimate was the lowest price among all. Although I ended up not getting that work done, I wanted to leave a positive comment on his business. I'd definitely use Prime electric if I'm in need for an electrician.
