Our family had such a great experience in such an impossible time for our lives. Valerie, Amy, Shannon, and the rest of the team showed such kindness, professionalism, and care while helping us go through the process of pick up, planning, the service, and the drop off of things. We felt like our loved one was honored and respected as my family and I grieved. They were wonderful and I am so grateful for them!

This is the actual email I sent to Prasser-Kleczka after my dad's funeral: "Thank you so much for all your help, Paula. We truly appreciate everything you've done for us. You made the ceremony in Union Grove go smooth as silk, and we will definitely look at the lovely catalogs you sent to us. The church proceedings went very well also. There were lots of people sharing good memories of our father. Thank you again, and thank everyone who helped us at Prasser-Kleczka. You were all very professional, pleasant and easy to work with."
