Nothing but a great experience with PODS. I was nervous from the beginning… Read some not so great reviews and we were moving cross country so it felt like everything had to go right. Surprisingly, everything went perfectly!! We moved in Oct from Denver CO area to Milwaukee WI area. We used 2 PODS 16 ft each. My first contact with PODS was a little frustrating, since I could only be helped over the phone (no option to set it up online) and it was a veryyyy long phone call to go over everything, but also thought there was way too much info (especially the numbers $$) given by phone. PODS has developed a smooth running process. Everything went smoothly and as commmnicated. Only issue was scheduling of final pickup; we did have to call to get an earlier date. Otherwise everything else went very well.
