Planned Parenthood - Milwaukee - Capitol Drive Health Center

Dr was super rude and mean to me when all I was asking for was clarification on results & further explanation after she gave me information that made zero sense! Was gaslighted & told I can go elsewhere & I can leave. Never been treated so bad by someone in this field in my life ! She was very dismissive & condescending. When I asked to speak to a manager , I’m sure nothing was done about this & I know she’s done this before simply because this was all unprovoked. Only was asking questions and not to mention she came back in the room to further treat me like this. I left more confused than I came !

The nurse was super mean

Due to COVID, you aren't currently allowed to bring guests with you to appointments so I had mine waiting in the car. I got checked in and the receptionist let me know they were running a bit behind and I would have an additional 20-30 minute wait. That was fine and I appreciated knowing ahead of time. I was able to have my guest leave and go do things in the meantime while I waited. For my appointment I had Mel (clinic manager) as my main contact. He went through my concerns and general health questions first and we chatted about mutual interest. He's super caring and outgoing and made me feel very comfortable and safe.
