Dr was super rude and mean to me when all I was asking for was clarification on results & further explanation after she gave me information that made zero sense! Was gaslighted & told I can go elsewhere & I can leave. Never been treated so bad by someone in this field in my life ! She was very dismissive & condescending. When I asked to speak to a manager , I’m sure nothing was done about this & I know she’s done this before simply because this was all unprovoked. Only was asking questions and not to mention she came back in the room to further treat me like this. I left more confused than I came !

Due to COVID, you aren't currently allowed to bring guests with you to appointments so I had mine waiting in the car. I got checked in and the receptionist let me know they were running a bit behind and I would have an additional 20-30 minute wait. That was fine and I appreciated knowing ahead of time. I was able to have my guest leave and go do things in the meantime while I waited. For my appointment I had Mel (clinic manager) as my main contact. He went through my concerns and general health questions first and we chatted about mutual interest. He's super caring and outgoing and made me feel very comfortable and safe. Made an appointment and got out there no nurse was there to see me so they had me see a virtual healthcare provider- that long process- they told me to come back two days later, I arrive and they did not provide my service for me how unprofessional that they made me drive all the way out there to waste my time both times, I mean both times and didn’t even care.
